How It Started

Temperature Tee™ started with Jay and Robyn Carnes, two hard-working Coloradans (originally from Iowa) with entrepreneurial hearts.  

After 15 years of serving in law enforcement, Jay discovered a way to gain relief from the heat while wearing a bullet proof vest during his 10-12 hour shifts.  

How?  He sewed a pocket onto the front of his undershirt that held replaceable cold packs...which he pulled from his lunch pail. 

When the pandemic hit, the couple decided to take the plunge, investing their stimulus check into starting a small business.  Temperature Tee™ was born.  Jay continued working his shifts - even when it seemed like the whole world was shut down, and Robyn built the business.

This simple product quickly gained interest from men and women alike - not only in law enforcement, but among many industries.
